In this life, we do not always in good mood. Sometimes, we are in bad mood. When in bad mood, it makes us more sensitive. I prefer to stay in my room alone when I am in bad mood. When you are alone in your room, you can do some activities to calm yourself. You can do a little meditation to calm your mind. You also can play your music player, and make a play list which in accordance with your mood. Besides that, you can do an exercise by using barbell. Exercise can makes your body and mind be better. Or you can cry when you need to cry to lose your bad feeling. Sometimes, it helps. If those do not help, you can just close your eyes and you can take a rest for a while. When you wake up, your feeling is getting better. Hopefully, those can help. I do those when I am in bad mood. And it works for me. So, just try it.
